INFORMATION FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The company PIAVE RESEARCH S.R.L., in person of its legal representative, based in Via Frattin n. 29 - 30037 - Scorzè (VE) (hereinafter, "Proprietor"), as Data Controller, informs you pursuant to art. 13 EU Regulation n. 2016/679 (hereinafter, "GDPR") that your data will be processed in the manner and for the following purposes.

1) OBJECT OF THE TREATMENT.

e) DATA PORTABILITY: the Data Subject has the right to receive a structured, commonly used and automatically readable form of personal data concerning him / her provided to a holder and has the right to transmit such data to another data controller. unimpeded processing by the holder who provided them in the cases provided for by art. 20 of the GDPR;

f) OPPOSITION: the interested party has the right to oppose at any time the processing of personal data concerning him in the cases provided for by art. 21 of the GDPR;

g) REVOCATION: the Data Subject has the right to revoke the consent issued to the Data Controller at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given prior to the revocation;

h) PROPOSE CLAIM TO THE CONTROL AUTHORITY (ITALIAN GARANTE PRIVACY).
